Aroma Diffusion: 5-6 drops per 100ml of water. Start with lowest number of drops; increase as desired.
Respiratory Support: Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes to help open up the sinuses and promote deeper breathing.
Muscle Tension Relief: Add 1 drop to 4 teaspoons of warm carrier oil and massage into tense muscles.
Hair & Scalp care: Add a few drops to fractionated coconut oil and use this for a relaxing scalp massage. Helps fight the fungus that causes dandruff without drying out the scalp. It also moisturizes and soothes the scalp, reducing itchiness and making it less prone to flaking.
Home Care: Mix a cup of water with 20 drops tea tree essential oil, 12 drops orange essential oil, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar & 3/4 cup baking soda. Pour mixture into spray-bottle and use as an antibacterial multi surface cleaner for your home. Pets may be sensitive to Tea Tree oil exposure.
