Aroma Diffusion: 5-6 drops per 100ml of water. Start with lowest number of drops; increase as desired.
Topical Skin Care: 2 drops per 4 tea spoons of carrier oil.
Sleep/ Meditation: Ideal, a few drops to wrists & bottom of feet.
Hair Pre-Wash Treatment: dilute with 3 table spoons of Shea oil and 1 teaspoon raw honey. Then apply the blend to damp hair and leave on for at least 20 minutes prior to washing out.
Refresh: linen closets, & bedding by combining essential oil with water in a spray bottle.
